I thought the last day of this year would be the right time to show you my favorite nail polishes that were released in 2011! There were tons of polishes I liked very much so I had to narrow it down somehow. And by just picking polishes that were released this year I could cut my list down to ten. Here I will show you - in no particular order - my favorites. Enjoy!
China Glaze Glittering Garland from the Let It Snow Holiday collection 2011. This was the Winter collection I liked best and it was hard to pick a favorite from this but since I've worn Glittering Garland twice already it deserves its place among my Top 10!
Chanel Graphite - do I have to say anything more? It hurt my wallet when I bought this but I couldn't find a dupe for it. But this metallic silver was worth the money! Love it!
Illamasqua Kink was part of the Theatre Of The Nameless collection for Fall 2011. It's a perfect bottle green with a waxy finish. Great color, great formula!
China Glaze 108 Degrees from the Island Escape Summer collection. Well, usually I am not a fan of pink, neither on my nails nor elsewhere... but I really fell for this one as soon as I put it on. The most vibrant, sparkly pink I've seen!
Finger Paints To-Teally Chic. This was part of their Fall Fashionista collection and even though it contains only dusty creme shades I was in love as soon as I've seen the first swatches. I am so glad I could get this collection in a swap because I love all of them. I simply had to pick one and here it is :)
A-England Tristam was released as part of The Mythicals collection and is a pretty dark blue with a scattered holo effect. I liked everything about this polish: color, application, wear....
Wallis by Butter London was my first polish from this brand and was released as a part of the Fall/Winter 2011 collection. I don't own a polish like this in my stash. It's a cool murky yellow green.
Revlon Facets Of Fuchsia. This polish entered my stash only recently but what can I say - it's just pretty!
Again another China Glaze nail polish made it to my Top 10 polishes - Midtown Magic from the Metro collection Fall 2011. An awesome sparkly glass-flecked dark brown.
Last but not least I picked Orly's Stone Cold from their Mineral FX Fall collection. I adore the whole collection but this really stands out. It's a pretty vibrant blue.
Looks like I have a weakness for the Fall/Winter colors ;) I am excited about the new collections for 2012, there surely will be some amazing colors!
I hope you liked my Top 10! What is in your list? This was my last post for 2011 and with this I wish you all a great New Year's Eve, I hope you celebrate and have a good time! See you again in 2012!
