Looks like my series on the Essence Crazy Good Times collection is coming to an end. I saved the best for last - at least for me. I swatched Candyction, Confetteria, Paradelade and Glittertastic before and those were nice but did not really sweep me off my feet. But the last two definitly did! So first up is Princessorize, a squishy bright jelly pink with lots of pink flecks and blue shimmer.
I used three coats without base and top coat for this swatch. There was still some visible nail line but I really like the look. Application was so-so. The polish was thick but managable. Drying of the individual coats took quite long and I ended up with dragging and bald spots when I applied the next coat too soon. The shiny finish of Princessorize made up for that though.
Usually I am not into pink polishes but this one is an exception. I love this bright pink and the pink flecks and blue shimmer particles flash beautifully when the light hits them! Essence Princessorize reminds me a lot of China Glaze 108 Degrees from their Island Escape collection (see it here) and they are close. Princessorize has more of the blue shimmer though.
The Crazy Good Times Limited Edition is available during February 2012 in most German drugstores. I found a display at my local Rossmann store in late January but last week I also spotted one at DM. The displays are small, there are only three bottles of each color and they sell out fast. So be sure to check out your local drugstores any time soon if you still want to get your hands on that collection! The Essence Crazy Good Times nail polishes retail ror 1,79€ per 8ml bottle.
I hope you enjoyed this color just as much as I did!
Have a great V-day,
