Ninja Polish - Nebula... Or the polish that no words can describe!

Friday, January 11, 2013

Happy Friday everyone!

First of all, I want to thank each and everyone of you for the amazing response to my last Polish Days post! I was overwhelmed by the amount of comments and hits my nail polish collection post has received so far. I know it was a bit off-topic, but it is great to see that you people didn't mind ;)

Today I have for you a polish that is just too awesome and no words will ever do this nail polish any justice. I am talking about Ninja Polish's Nebula. I got this for free with my order of their Holiday collection, but now it is available in their webshop, too. So, less talkie, more lookie. Prepare to drool!

See, I haven't promised too much ;) Nebula combines multichrome, glitter and holographic goodness in one bottle. It basically is multichrome shimmer and holographic glitter in a clear base. The shimmer shifts from purple over turquoise to a yellow-ish green. It is already bright and glittery inside and in artificial light, but it transforms into a sparkling discoball in sunlight. You just have to see this polish in person
The glitter is dense enough to wear this nail polish on its own and that is exactly what I did. I used two coats for the manicure above. In the macro, you can see some bare nail peeking through, but in person it really is unnoticeable. Next time I will layer this over black to see if the multichrome effect will show up even more (it already is super strong though!). I added one thick coat of Poshé Fast Dry topcoat and this was almost enough to get Nebula even and shiny.

If you're now lusting after trying this polish yourself, head over to Ninjapolish.com! Nebula is part of their Bling! collection and retails for $9 per full-size bottle.

I hope you are all having a fab Friday and a great weekend!
Thanks for reading,
<3 Sabine
