[Swatches] GOSH - #612 Galaxy

Good evening everyone!

Does it happen to you, too, that you make the best nail polish finds when you're just browsing the drugstore for nothing special? Happened to me last weekend again. We went shopping in the Netherlands, to a city called Enschede, where they have a huge farmer's market where I like to buy fresh fruits and veggies. As always, I went strolling the aisles of the local drugstore, but usually I do not buy anything, as things are more expensive than here in Germany. But they do carry a few brands we do not have here. And then a bottle in the Gosh rack caught my eye. It was Galaxy from their 2012 Fall collection. I have heard several people raving about this on Twitter, but never paid much attention to it. Then I saw it in person and I knew I needed this in my stash!

Gosh Galaxy is a sheer bronze-taupe base color filled with gold, silver, green, purple and blue shimmery flecks. The finish is super sparkly and even a bit multichrome-y. The color shifts from a dark brown to a green-ish color when you tilt your hands. Because the base color is sheer, I had to do three coats for full coverage. I really liked the formulation of this one, it was easy to control and levelled out nicely. I paid a little over 7€ for the bottle and it was absolutely worth the money!

What do you think of Galaxy?

Thanks for stopping by!
