Banana-Peanut Butter Milkshake

Happy Monday everyone!

Monday mornings are definitely the hardest to get up for me. I was running late today (well, does not only happen on Mondays, whoops) and did not have time for proper breakfast. I don't like leaving the house without any kind of breakfast either, so I like to go with something that is super easy to make. I thought I'd share with you my favorite "super fast" breakfast, which is a Banana-Peanut Butter Shake. I love Bananas, I la-la-love peanut butter (anybody with me?) and both together are just fabulous! I admit it sounds a bit weird and I was sceptical about this combo in the beginning, too. If you want to give it a try nonetheless, read on for directions after the jump.



So here is what you need:


1 ripe banana
250 ml milk (whole fat or low fat, whatever you prefer)
1 tablespoon beanut butter (crunchy or creamy, it's up to you)
1 teaspoon honey

makes two servings


Place everything in a blender and blend until smooth. That's it :)
