I hope you aren't tired of textured polishes, yet. I know they have been on every blog, from every brand for weeks (or even months) now. I just can't stay away from them, I love the combination of glitter and the textured surface - well, except for these horrid China Glaze and Essie shades. So the last sand style polish that made in into my stash was OPI - Alcatraz... Rocks from their San Francisco collection for Fall 2013.
Alcatraz... Rocks is a murky navy blue with a bit of purple. The base color contains tons of different colors of tiny glitter. It is such a complex color and so sparkly, I just love it! I bought this on my trip to Gibraltar last September and only when I returned home, it struck me that I already have something like this in my collection. The now discontinued P2 Sand Style polish in the color 050 Confidential looks exactly the same as this OPI color! The P2 nail polish was released before OPI's San Francisco collection, so I wonder who is duping who ;)
How do you like this shade? And are textured polishes your thing or are you already tired of this nail trend?
Thanks for reading!
