Impressions from NOLA and NYC

Good evening,

as promised, I am finally sharing a few photos of my trip to New Orleans and New York City with you. I will try not to blab too much, since this already is a picture heavy post. I hope you enjoy it!

Jackson Square and St. Louis Cathedral

French Market in New Orleans

Typical balcony, I think this was Royal Street

Somewhere in the French Quarter ;)

Harrah's Casino on Canal Street

The world famous Bourbon Street, open 24 hours

Now we're heading to Christmas-y New York City :)

Times Square

Manhattan Skyline; the new World Trade Center is finished, too

Miss Liberty

Christmas tree in front of New York Stock exchange

can't remember the name of this church, it was somewhere between Astor Plaza and Union Square

Grand Central Terminal and Crysler Building (my favorite skyscraper in NYC)

I loved the Yeti story at Saks Fifth Avenue

Trump Tower

Ice skating at Central Park

Shops at Columbus Circle

The famous Rockefeller Christmas tree :)

Rockefeller Center

Macy's

Supposedly THE place to eat hot dogs in NYC

Metropolitan Opera

I thought these giant candy canes were cute

Unicef snowflake at 57th Street and Fifth Avenue

Loved the decoration at the Bulgari store

Harry Winston at Fifth Avenue. I have never heard of that store but I like how it's lit ;)

Window of Henri Bendel

Another shot of the Rockefeller christmas tree, this time in the dark. Look at all those people!!

Radio City Music Hall

Blurry short of the Empire State Building all lit up for the Holidays

These were only a few impressions from my trip. There is so much more to see, you have to experience Christmas time in NYC for yourself. You'll be blown away! I also loved New Orleans, it is so different from New York. And the food is to die for ;)
