#31DC2014 ~ Day 12 Stripes

Hello everyone,

when I started my stripes manicure, I had no idea what I was going for, so I just played around with striping brushes and different polishes. The result were some hot pink metallic holo striped halfmoon nails - there is a little bit of everything in this manicure.

As a base I applied one coat of NfuOh holographic polish No. 64, a light pink shade. Secondly, I painted on half moon shapes using Revlon Top Speed Chrome in the color Chrome Punch, which is a hot pink shade. After outlining the half moons with a detailing brush and Essie - Licorice, I free-handed some lines and finished everything off with one coat of Misslyn 60 Seconds Quick Dry top coat.

For a totally unplanned manicure,  this didn't come out too bad, don't you think?!
